Meet Shana, a visionary force driven by a personal journey to bridge the gap she once felt acutely—the absence of a supportive platform for women working in technology architecture. Her journey began over 10 years ago, navigating a male-dominated industry where the absence of a women's network left her yearning for a community that understood the unique challenges and triumphs of being a woman in her field. This void became the catalyst for her mission: to create a space where women could connect, share experiences, and collectively thrive.
With a career spanning over 10 years, Shana has been a driving force in shaping the cybersecurity strategies of leading organisations. Her journey is also marked by an unwavering commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals, from mentoring aspiring professionals to participating in educational initiatives, she is commited to the advancement of women in the tecnology sector.
