This International Women’s Day, we pledge to forge positive visibility of women—ensuring that the contributions of women in architecture are recognised, celebrated, and elevated. In technology, women continue to break barriers, drive innovation, and inspire future generations. In celebration of IWD 2025, we spotlight the incredible women leading change in the technology architecture. This year’s UN theme, "Accelerate Action" aligns with our mission at Architect Her to expand the perception of technology architecture as a fulfilling and rewarding career path for all women.

Through a call for submissions, we provided a platform for architects to reflect on their journeys, highlight key milestones, and discuss the skills and leadership qualities that have shaped their careers. These responses serve not only to inspire but also to encourage action toward a more inclusive and equitable future.
